REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:
All glass and crystal will be well-packed, securely wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap to assure safe delivery. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will need photos of the broken items, box, and packaging for insurance purposes. You may also need to take the package in for inspection, or fill out a short affidavit online.
Sorry, no refunds on custom, customized, or personalized orders. Replacements will be sent for items that arrive damaged or if we've made an engraving error.
